Saw a short clip of a film and instantly felt convicted. I needed to stop with the selfless thinking and start doing what we're here for-to make disciples.
What
Started volunteering once a week at a local youth centre.
While there I spend the first part of my night handing out food to the homeless or people who can't afford.
Afterwards I go into the youth centre and sit down for a couple hours with the youth that come in and out.
We have games there and I basically become friends with these teens that live in some horrible situations and that just need a friend to listen.

Got in contact with the local youth centre and started helping out.

This has really been on my heart lately too. I plan to stop by a youth centre in Sydney next week :) Thanks for the motivation to get going on this!
