I have ever felt lonely. My friends hate me. My teachers and my parents got mad at me. I drifted away from people around me. I felt useless. I felt lonely. Then a disease caused by stress attacked me. It's Irradible Bowel Syndrome. The only medicine for it is just avoinding the stress. Then, I met a family in USA that loved me as the member of their family. They said that I am PRECIOUS, SPECIAL, UNIQUE, and the told me they feel blessed to meet me. From that day, they always support me and make me sure that God created me with a purpose, so I must be useful :) When I joined I-Heart, I want to spread the love from Christ to them who feel lonely, as the family did to me. I want to say the same thing that they say to me everyday: WE LOVE YOU. YOU ARE A BLESSING FOR US :)

1. Say "You are a blessing" to (at least) 5 lonely people everyday.
2. Make friends with them.
3. Smile.
4. Pray for them.
5. Show your BIGGEST <3 to them.
6. Play/work together with them.
7. (the most important) Tell them that Jesus love them and won't let them alone.
