**Influence and participate in strategic planning of Social Policy Development
**Provide an independent advisory and consultancy service to government officials
- Influence change at government level
- Develop robust systems to identify and address gaps in safeguarding children and young people at risk of homelessness
- Develop analytic systems to improve and build on practice
- Provide strategic and operational advice based on firm ground ie. safeguarding policy and evidence based knowledge or research data
- Provide training or consultations that build on existing knowledge and raise awareness

Address issues affecting
The life span of Street People :
-Street boys and girls
-Prostitutes - consider gender inequality or gender based discrimination/violence which leads to working on the streets as an option
-Prisoners
-Homeless

HOW
=assessing and evaluating the consequence of public policies on living or working on the street and residential instability or housing.
=developing prevention strategies to end the cycle of children living on the streets and addressing this at all levels of the life span of a street child – with a view to prevent or treat mental health in following years.
=work along existing policy makers, providers, consumers and researchers across the world – partnership and networking.
=create a platform to enable the sharing of evidence based research preventative strategies.
=Implement what has been established as the appropriate course of action to take, to ensure the concept of street people, is short-lived if they are on the streets they do not stay there, if not eliminated all together (prevention).


WHY
=Restore dignity and self-worth to homeless people who feel a lack of worth.
=Restore a sense of HOPE to those living on the streets, where it has been stripped away by a conditioning of their mind due to their circumstances.
=Spread and share the unconditional LOVE of Jesus - to people who have experienced rejection and condemnation on a regular basis
=Share HAPPINESS and JOY where misery has become the norm.
=Enable street people to ENCOUNTER JESUS everyday and anywhere!

A house in the city, with a 24/7 staff force, designed for the homeless, prostitutes and displaced people in need of medical attention, life skills and love administered with a big dose of Gods love
There will be food, clothing, showers/bath, lounge, praise and worship area
- they will be cared for, loved and nurtured in an homely environment, by God loving people.

-advocacy for children and young people, ex-convicts, prostitues experiencing some form of abuse ie physical, emotional, sexual abuse, abandonment and neglect.
