A church I attended years ago had RISK cards made up for members to pass out. There was no contact info on the card. The point was to be as anonymous as possible. No pressure to join any church.
How
The idea is to pay for someone's coffee,(drive thru is great for this) When you get your order ask to pay for the person behind you, give the cashier a card and ask that it be given to the person when they tell them their order has been paid for. Then drive away. Keeping it anonymous. Top up a parking meter before you drive way, and leave a card. Buy a homeless guy a meal, and put a card with it. Use your imagination. The possibilities are endless.

Hi Sujin,
the cards resembled the piccie I posted. Business card size. There was something else on the card, sorry I can't recall. Perhaps a scripture. I think you could use a scripture that speaks of Gods love. Individualize it.
