Encouragement - A Habit

Inspiration
The Inspiration of this Idea comes from Personal Experience. Loneliness Effects People as much as Real Joy does. Someone doesn't know how amazing they are, until you tell them or Show Them. Consistency turns something like Encouragement into a habit, no matter who you are doing it for.

More than likely though, if you are the person feeling lonely, Encouraging someone else in a hard time, no matter how personal or impersonal or tough the situation is they are in, with the right intentions (motives) You are going to find so much healing in that place.

Again this is from Personal Experience, but I believe the amount of Encouragement you think you need, is just the right amount that you have the right to give out to others. If we think we need it, imagine how much our neighbor needs it!
How
Encourage *AT LEAST One Person Daily. A Genuine Encouragement, One that You won't post on Social Networking, but One Person You can thank God about in your Prayers.

Remember it, Write it down somewhere if you need to. So you are reminded of the Gold in that Person (it can also help you stay consistent with your words).
When
Everyday
