For some reason, I generally find questions like “What’s your favourite movie?” hard to answer. I struggle with having too many favourites or none at all. And I find statements that use the words ”favourite”, ”best” and “greatest” too ... final. But there is one question I do not struggle to answer.

Ever wondered whether you can actually make a real difference for the poorest in our world? Last month 320 people of all ages from around Australia were let loose in the halls of Parliament House making a huge difference to the way our nation treats the poorest in our world.

MDG...say what?
If you are interested in social justice, you would be interested to know that a decade into the century, there have been some goals set to address the state of our world, most of which specifically address the needs of 'the least of these'. The Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) were created at the Millenium Summit which was held at United Nations Headquarters in New York in September 2000.
