I am a second year art student, living at home. I have always been going to church since my father was a pastor when I was young. Now I am at another church closer to my home. On Nov. 1st, 2009 our church
launched "Unleashed" a group devoted to extinguishing injustice in the world as well as learning closely with other Christains more about living our lives in Christ. On Nov. 4th, 2009 I was blessed to experience the I-Heart "We're all in this Together" launched movie. I have also been to one of their concerts in Toronto in 2008. It was an inspiring experience, and I thought I should get more involved. Now my story, well I have always been shy and self conscious of my appearnece. When I was young, I was bullied verbably in school. There was a moment a few years ago when I was listening to Coldsplay's "Fix You" song that broke me down and I decided I wasn't going to feel inadequet about myself, that I was worth being loved and that I was beautiful. A few years before I signed up for the Alpha group and began to feel the presence of God and I wanted it all, but I didn't know if I could hold on. It has definatley been a rough ride, but I am still holding on. I have been blessed much. I have been to the holy land with my church and down to Guyana for a 2week missions trip. I don't know exactly what God has planned for me, but so far it's been pretty amazing. It can only get better and that's worth holding onto.

I have enjoyed shopping and packaging these boxes for over 4years. It brings me great joy and changes a child's life.
