My name is Lauren. I am a freshman in college and am currently studying intercultural studies (missions) with a minor in spanish.
I am who I am today, because of the expierences I went through back in middle school.
In fifth grade I had a friend who was very cruel to me. She called me her slave and told me I was worth a penny. Fast-forward too middle school.
In middle school I had major issues. I got myself into some messes. I lived such a double standard and just wanted to fit in.
seventh grade I gave my heart to Jesus and since then I have never been the same. I'm not perfect...in fact I have will never be perfect. I'm okay with that though.
As for how I view the world...I view people as sinners who are in great need of grace and love that only comes from Jesus. I view this world as a "waiting room", so to speak, until heaven.
